We operate in the U.K., Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man.

As such, we believe we are the only provider of Human Resources, Employee Relations, Health & Safety and training services to Employers in all of these jurisdictions.

From an employment perspective, each of the Islands are very similar to the U.K. in their approach to employment legislation and best practice. However, in many way this makes the task of ensuring excellent employee relations even more difficult – each jurisdiction is very similar but crucially, not the same!

Unfortunately we have been asked to assist a number of businesses in the past who had assumed that “they are all British so must be the same as U.K.” and have become unstuck – sometimes resulting in costly Employment Tribunal actions against the business.

We have experience in employment tribunals across the Islands and U.K. which can help your business defend itself regardless of the location of the employee or employees in question.


Members of our team are aligned with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), the Institute of Directors (IoD) and several Chambers of Commerce throughout the jurisdictions to ensure that we always have our finger on the pulse and are able to influence legislation and best practice rather than just advise on it.
